Shipment:
1. Item will be shipped within 3 working days after received a verified payment.
2. We had four workshop over the world. (Hong Kong, USA, UK and Germany) So there has three shipping method:
a) Normal Airmail by Hong Kong Post:
Items will be shipped out as "gift" by normal international airmail via Hong Kong Post Office (www.hongkongpost.com). It will take 7-20 working days for delivery. It is free shipping for this method.
b) Registered Mail by Hong Kong Post:
We will send out the mail from Hong Kong Post Office by recorded mail and tracking number will be provided. It will cost additional USD 2 for this shipping method. And also you can track the mail online through www.hongkongpost.com
c) Fast Delivery For USA / UK / Europe Buyer:
We will send out the mail from our USA or Europe workshop by First Class Recorded USPS or Royal Mail or Deutsche Post. It will take around 5 to 10 days for delivery only. Tracking number will be provided after sent. It will cost additional USD 7 for this shipping method.

3. If you want extra fast delivery like EMS, Fedex, UPS, then please ask us through coutact us or email gplustrading@yahoo.com.hk.
Refund and Return:
a. Return accepted if items found faulty on receipt. Your visual Photo is good for us to take action for you.
b. All damaged/ defective items must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the items and must returned as same received condition.
c. Defective product will be offered exchange. In case product is not in stock, we would refund the amount you paid.
d. Refunds are NOT generally issued. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.
e. Notify us immediately if product is found in non-working condition, product should be sent back to us within 3 days and should reach us not later then 15 days.

b. Bank transfer to our USA HSBC checking account.
c. Western union. (additional USD 6 charge).
d. International bank transfer to our bank account in hong kong (additional USD 13 charge).
e. Cash delivery(no coins) to my address in hong kong. (USD, GBP, EURO, AUD).
f. Cheque delivery (additional USD 8 charge).
